My dog, Jilli-Bean, rescued me about seven years ago, and now 12, Jilli and I are working through the challenges of aging day by day. I moved to Bend from Southern Oregon to be closer to my son and daughter-in-law as they start their family. Some say, shopping for a grandbaby(s) is too soon, I say it’s prepping.
After my ten years as a Paramedic, I turned my career to mostly administrative jobs. Most recently, I worked as the office manager for a small roofing company. After spending some time working as Jenny Rae’s office manager, I’ve grown a passion for the law and am back attending classes to obtain a degree in Paralegal studies.
Outside work, Jilli and I enjoy hanging out with family, solving murder mysteries, playing various board games, or the occasional karaoke session. I enjoy drawing, cross-stitching, and all things crafty and creative. I’m a huge fan of the Oregon Ducks, SF Forty-Niners, and football in general. I’m also a fan of auto and motorcycle racing.
At little known secret about me, my Dad and I spend two weeks every summer at Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah, where we volunteer as tech inspectors for motorcycles during Speed Week land speed racing.
